Why scientific publications

The expression “scientific publication” groups together several types of scientific communications and / or digital dissemination that scientific researchers make of their work to their peers and to an audience of specialists. These publications describe in detail the studies or experiments carried out and the conclusions drawn from them by the authors. They undergo an examination of the value of the results and the rigor of the scientific method employed for the work carried out. This procedure involves an editorial committee that arbitrates publication decisions, after review by an independent reading committee made up of peers, scientists in the field who speak anonymously for the authors of the work, to guarantee the independence of the expertise.
